Respond to UniCafe’s customer satisfaction survey – win a week’s worth of lunches

Help us develop UniCafe’s services by responding to the customer satisfaction survey. Every response matters!

Since the previous survey, we have acted on many customer requests: salad bars and snack selections have been updated at several locations, the range of breads and spreads has been expanded, and additional kitchen and refrigeration equipment has been added. We have also made our spaces more comfortable by adding seats, improving acoustics and ventilation, and adjusting the lighting. Some restaurants have also introduced new serving dishes and table settings to make dining smoother and more enjoyable.

Five lunch packages will be raffled among respondents who provide their contact information. Each package contains five UniCafe lunches, equivalent to a week of free lunches.

The customer survey is open from 26 October to 8 November.
